The Airline Operators of Nigeria (AON) has announced an indefinite ban on Ms. Comfort Emmanson , following an altercation with crew members of Ibom Air . The sanction applies to both domestic and international flights operated by all AON member airlines . According to a statement released by AON’s spokesperson, Professor Obiora Okonkwo , the incident occurred on August 10, 2025, aboard Ibom Air flight Q9 303 from Uyo to Lagos. Upon landing, Ms. Emmanson was captured in a viral video physically attacking members of the airline’s crew.
