Cubana Chief Priest and Burna Boy Trade Blows in Heated Feud

Popular Nigerian socialite Pascal Okechukwu, better known as Cubana Chief Priest, and Afrobeats sensation Damini Ogulu, famously called Burna Boy, are at the center of a fiery online feud that has captured public attention.

The post read: “No forget say u be Azaman o. And dem don gbe your plug wey him name na ‘Omo Igbo’ for ATL and na u be next #OwerriRickyrozay.”

In response, Cubana Chief Priest fired back, claiming Burna Boy was bitter and mocking his success. He alleged that Burna Boy’s rise to stardom was recent compared to his long-standing wealth. He shared old videos of Burna Boy performing at his birthday in 2018, claiming he paid ₦1 million for the performance, labeling Burna as a “backup artist” at the time.

Cubana further taunted Burna Boy, referencing his Grammy win and accusing him of living in pain despite his wealth. “How is it even possible that someone who brags to be so rich go dey live in so much pain? Only you rush bend down collect Grammy, only you still dey cry,” he wrote.

Adding fuel to the fire, Cubana alleged that Burna Boy owed debts for jewelry and luxury cars. He stated, “The Ferrari’s. The London jewelers debt. I’m coming. I have long waited for this moment.”

Burna Boy quickly denied the allegations, asserting that all his purchases are paid upfront. “Everybody in Lagos knows my style. All my stuff is paid for, sometimes cash sef. If not, I for dey all the blogs by now for owing debts,” Burna Boy retorted, challenging Cubana’s claims about stolen cars.

The heated exchange has sparked widespread reactions across social media, with fans and followers taking sides in the dispute. The feud continues to trend online, fueling discussions about the personal and professional lives of both celebrities.

As the drama unfolds, fans are left wondering whether the two will eventually reconcile or if the feud will escalate further.
