Following the official release of the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results, the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has issued a detailed guide to help candidates access their results with ease.

The examination body announced that candidates can now check their performance online through the WAEC results portal.

To do this, follow the step-by-step instructions below:

📌 Steps to Check Your 2025 WAEC Results Online

1. Visit the WAEC result portal:

Go to http://waecdirect.org

2. Enter your WAEC Examination Number:

This is a 10-digit number made up of your 7-digit centre number and 3-digit candidate number (e.g., 4123456789).

For candidates who took the exam before 1999, use your 8-digit number (5-digit centre number + 3-digit candidate number).

3. Enter your Examination Year:

Type 2025 (or any relevant year you sat for the exam).

4. Select the Type of Examination:

Choose the correct exam type from the dropdown menu (e.g., School Candidates).

5. Enter your e-PIN Voucher Number:

This number is provided after purchasing a WAEC result-checking e-PIN.

6. Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN):

This is also found on your e-PIN slip.

7. Click “Submit” and wait for your result to be displayed.

WAEC advises candidates to input their details carefully and ensure their e-PINs are valid to avoid errors or access issues. In case of any difficulty, the Council encourages students to reach out through its official help channels or visit their nearest WAEC office.

This simplified guide is designed to support the millions of candidates who took the 2025 WASSCE and are eager to see their performance.
